Paradise Valley Village, as shown on this map, comprises the area from Sweetwater Avenue to the north, 30th Street to the west, Cactus Road to the south and 42nd street to the east.   The distinct neighborhoods in this corridor include Roadrunner Estates, Paradise Valley Village, and Las Haciendas de Paradise Village.   Roadrunner Estates features single family ranch style homes built in the mid-1970s and range in size from 1,200 to 2,000 sq ft. Las Haciendas de Paradise Village is a gated community featuring two-story townhomes built in 1981.
