Defining the Boundaries
McCormick Ranch is a beautiful community developed in 1972 in the heart of Scottsdale, west of Loop 101 bordering Shea Boulevard to the north and Indian Bend Road to the south.

The community houses approximately 27,000 residents in a variety of homes: luxury townhomes, patio homes, condos along the community golf course and lakefront single-family homes.
McCormick Ranch is known for being one of the oldest established communities in Arizona. With approximately 50 different subdivisions. Paradise Park Trails is one of the largest subdivisions and includes 275 single-story homes ranging from 1,700 to 5,800 square feet. Homes were built mainly in the 1970s but some were constructed as recently as 2004 by multiple builders including Cavalier, Camelot (Hancock), Tarantini, Gateway and Golden Heritage.
Heritage Village was built by Golden Heritage and offers single-family and patio homes, divided amongst three phases. Heritage 1 included single-family homes up to 7,000 square feet where Heritage 2 and Heritage 3 are comprised of patio and townhomes.
Playa Del Sur, built by Camelot (Hancock) in the 1980s, contains 98 homes and is surrounded by miles of greenbelt pathways for walking and biking.

The McCormick Ranch Home Owners Association is known to be fairly reasonable and takes care of common landscaping, the community clubhouse, pool and tennis amenities. Some subdivisions may have a second HOA fee.
Nestled inside the area are multiple golf courses and 2 championship 18-hole golf courses. The community has 25 miles of green, winding paths for residents to enjoy.
Convenience at Your Fingertips
Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square mall and access to Loop 101 are within close proximity. There are plenty of eclectic shops and unique restaurants in the area, and an abundance of nightlife entertainment. Sky Harbor Airport is just a 20-minute drive and less than 30 minutes to downtown Phoenix.
The Scottsdale School District serves McCormick Ranch. School options include Cochise and Kiva Elementary Schools, Mohave, and Cocopah Middle Schools, as well as Chaparral and Saguaro High Schools.
