Shea Corridor - Fountain Hills Arizona
Defining the Boundaries
The Shea Corridor area is located east of Scottsdale Road encompassing the communities north an south of Shea Boulevard toward Fountain Hills. This area consists of mixed settlement neighborhoods that range from condos, luxury homes as well as older, established communities.
Majority of the houses were constructed between the early 1970 and early 2000s. Since then, the neighborhoods continued to grow with the emergence of newly developed homes and buildings further east.
